7th BTA National Aquathlon and Triathlon Championships 2026

The 7th Bahamas Triathlon and Aquathlon Championships 2026 was held at Jaws Beach, Nassau, Bahamas, on May 16–17, 2026, bringing together athletes from across the country for two exciting days of competition.

Among the standout performances of the weekend were Malcolm Menzies and Cienna Culmer-Mackey, who dominated both the triathlon and aquathlon events. Their exceptional performances set the pace throughout the competition, leaving competitors trailing behind as they showcased outstanding endurance, speed, and determination over the two-day championships.

The championships also served as the qualifying event for the CARIFTA 2026 which will be held in Clearwater Beach, Bermuda comes October 23-25, 2026 with competitors required to achieve specific qualifying times in order to earn selection opportunities for the national team. Athletes pushed themselves to meet the demanding standards, making the event both highly competitive and inspiring for participants and supporters alike.
